Hello, I'm Richard Newland

I am committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Growth & Connection
Individual Counselling
At Positive Interactions Counselling, I offer individual counselling services to help you navigate life's challenges and improve your emotional well-being. My person-centred approach focuses on supporting your individual growth and self-awareness.
Couples Counselling
My couples counselling sessions aim to encourage positive communication, emotional understanding, and relationship harmony. I am dedicated to helping couples strengthen their emotional connection, recognise each others needs and attachment style, heal previous wounds, and resolve conflicts in a supportive environment.
Men's Emotional & Relationship Skills
Men's emotional skills training addresses the challenges many men face in identifying, processing, and expressing their emotions. I recognise that men lack the emotional support networks that exist in society for women. This service provides a safe supportive space to help men navigate their emotional landscape, encouraging healthier emotional expression and improved relationships.
